Green beans (full share)
0.5-1 cup of pitted kalamata olives
olive oil
balsamic vinegar or lemon juice (from 1/2 lemon)
grated Parmesan cheese
Wash the beans, cut off the ends. Steam for 5-10 minutes depending on the level of firmness you prefer. Remove from heat and let them cool. Add the olives, oil, vinegar or lemon juice, and toss. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top. Can be served at room temperature.
