Boil pasta (thin noodles work great); drain udner cold water; add a drop of soy sauce and sesame oil; place in a bowl (1/2 or even 1/3 of bowl is pasta)
Wash, cut off ends, stir fry snap peas with some oil for 3-4min. Pile on top of the noodles. Top with slightly roasted sesame seeds.
This recipe is very versatile and can use any veggies you have handy raw or steamed (steamed broccoli and asparagus; fresh tomatoes; fresh green onions; fresh salad chopped finely; fresh cucumbers) 2-3 veggies usually are enough.
