Farm produce and one hour of your time

Broccoli-washed,cut,brown in a dry pan with a little bit of oil and salt (kids fav)

Zuccini-peel,cut up,freeze

One huge yellow peper-split between two kids for lunch tomorrow

Two cucumbers-I made the yogurt/cucumbers/walnuts/dill dip

The eggplant,the onion,the red pepper,one tomato (all from today share)and yellow lentils soup (Clean,chop,boil with salt,cumin,garlic,parsley until veggies and lentils are ready)

I also cut the the melon up so it easy to eat the rest of the week.

Green beans,watermelon and green tomatoes-left for the weekend to deal with:)
