- Swiss chard
- Lemon zest, olive oil, half a cup of toasted sesame seeds (hazelnuts/walnuts), salt
Wash the chard and roughly chop both the leaves and stalks (if stalk look too rough I discard). Steam chard until tender, about 5 minutes. Add dressing to taste. Chill before serving. This salad stands a lot of interpretation (you can add steamed kale / chicken / tomatoes / mix it with raw salad greens)
