Cut jalapenos in half, long ways. Take a spoon and scoop out the seeds and the membrane (leave a bit if you like it hotter). Fill jalapeno halves with softened cream cheese. Securely wrap 1/3 piece of bacon around the filled jalapeno, then secure with a toothpick. Place jalapenos on a wire rack on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
