Used spinach instead of chard and made about half as much.I started by sauteeing sliced dark green part of leeks in olive oil. Added garlic and mushrooms. Added some lemon zest, salt, pepper and a pinch of red pepper flakes.Tore up a couple of bunches of spinach and put on the bottom of a colander. I let the hot spaghetti water and pasta wilt the spinach. Could have used all the spinach since it reduces considerably. Added spinach spaghetti to the stir fry and topped with freshly grated Parma. It was delicious.
