Sauteed collard greens

Chop up the collard greens (~1 inch pieces),remove stems
Boil in water ~ 20 min (less if you prefer crunchier)
Mince garlic, brown in a pan with a little bit of butter; add collards (drain extra water),salt, peper; let flavors mix for 5-7 min. Serve as a side,or over rice/polenta
