Restaurant-Style Dipping Sauce

1 tbs dried garlic1 tbs dried rosemary crushed1 tbs dried oregano2 tsp dried basil1 tsp crushed red pepper1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
~Combine and store empty seasoning jar
~To use:Add 4;tsp seasoning to 1 tbs water. Nuke 30 seconds. Drain any water. Mix in  1/2 cup olive oil
~There is only two of us and I limit the bread or  we would eat way too much, so we can use this for 2-3 meals. Just keep adding olive oil and store covered in the refrigerator. I think think is close to what Carrabba’s serves.
~This, along with a loaf of French, Italian, cibatta or foccacio would make an inexpensive hostess gift.
