Patty pan squash cream soup

2-3 patty pan squashes; peeled; roughly chopped
3 potatoes peeled and roughly chopped
*you can use also zucchini, carrots or any leftover veggies
Boil in water; blend; add milk/heavy cream/butter/salt/ dried spices (thyme/oregano/mint)
Serve with croutons and/or shredded cheese or feta crumbs
