2/3 Broccoli- dry pan for dinner
All Swiss chard, pak choi, potatoes- soup (added also onion and chick peas)
Cut up the kale, 2 zucchini, 1/3 the broccoli and 2 of the peppers to freeze for a future soup
Cauliflower- roasted with some olive oil and salt
Cut up spaghetti squash and baked along with the cauliflower to be used later in the week
Green salad and arugula- cut up for lunch for me and the kids today along with some of the radishes and peppers
Tomatoes will make yammy brushetta for tonight (to be served with the roasted cauliflower)
