Huckleberries – I cooked the old and the new box with sugar and honey into smth like a jam which will make a great addition to muffins, morning oatmeal etc
All greens, including stems of white radishes I cleaned ,chopped and froze

Cauliflower -we absolutely love this vegetable. I have a lot of already cooked stuff for this week, so I am saving it for roasted cauliflower to make over the weekend
Various squashes – I will bake and make 1/2 into a cream soup with crème fresh; the other 1/2 my son eats as add on to oatmeal or plain with honey/nuts as a school lunchs
