All Potatoes and fennels (bulbs only)-washed, chopped, bake with  oil and salt

Okra,green beans, garlic,1 tomato – wash, chop, sauté with some oil and water until veggies are tender (~20min).Serve over rice

All zucchini,1 onion, quinoa, sour cream, cottage cheese, dill and parsley-make into soup

All chard and kale I steamed and froze 1/2; the second 1/2 will be used for salad with lemon/oil/salt/roasted sesame seeds later in the week
