Beets greens (remove stems,cut in 1 inch pieces,wash)
Chard greens (remove stems,cut in 1 inch pieces,wash)
1 Onion diced
1 carrot diced
Beans (2 cans)
Oil/ salt / cumin / heavy cream
Put all ingredients (but cream) in a pot; cook on low-medium heat for ~90min. Add cream before you serve.
(this is a winter soup that I usually cook in the crock pot, but I had to use Adam’s greens:))
