Farm produce (Oct 8th) and thirty minutes of your time

I washed, cut up and froze all the greens to make a quiche later in the year

Eggplant; 2/3 of peppers, broccoli, 2 onions, all squash with some sesame oil, sesame seeds and a touch of soy sauce- side veggies (to be served over rice/noodles)

Watermelon and 2 cucumbers – half for dinner; the other 1/2 for school and work today

Tomatoes-salad with feta cheese and green onions

Zucchini- I will make zucchini mini pizzas this weekend (recipe below)
