Clean and Fresh Beet/Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients:
1 beet
1/2 cup blueberries
1/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 
1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
4-6 ice cubes 
Splash oat milk 
Dash of ground cinnamon 

Steps:
– Peel and slice beet
– Blend beet, ice, oat milk first 
– Add blueberries, Greek yogurt, peanut butter, cinnamon, and blend 

Tips/Notes:
– Adjust amount of peanut butter and cinnamon to taste 
– Adjust amount of oat milk and Greek yogurt to consistency 
– Smoothie might be grainy because of the texture of the beets
– Recipe above makes about 12 oz.
