One bunch Swiss chard (4 leaves)
Two generous handfuls of fresh spinach
3-4 red cherry tomatoes
1 grilled chicken breast
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Oregano, apple cider vinegar, and extra virgin olive oil to taste
Cut out the Swill chard stalks and set them aside, since they will not be used in this salad. Cut up all greens, the tomatoes and chicken breast. Add Parmesan, vinegar, olive oil and toss to mix. Taste the result because between the chicken breast and the Parmesan, you most probably will not need to add any salt.
