Cabbage and chick peas stew

Cut up a head of cabbage and cook with some water, red pepper, chopped garlic; when almost cooked add a can of chick peas (beans/ lentils). The dish can be served like this orĀ it can be transferred into a pan and roasted on 450F for 15 min to make more crisp. Serve warm garnished with parsley/dill.
