Cabbage n’ beans
Cut up the two FRF cabbages (napa and purple); add garlic, oil, salt , red pepper and roast for 45min. When almost done add cooked (canned) beans or chick peas for a complete meal.
Baked FRF ratatouille (giuvech)
All FRF potatoes and zucchini, some onion, carrots, celery,left over turnip (any veggies you have will do),oil, salt, dill/parsley. Bake for 90min on 375 in a thick ceramic pot for best results.
FRF Green beans and fennel dish
I followed the recipe below to the t using all FRF green beans and fennel. Turned out great, can be eaten cold or warm. Fennel stalks – composted:)

Celery
I cut up and froze most of it to be used in soups in the winter. If you have a fancy blender, celery and its leafs is fantastic in a smoothie.
