20min weekday dinner (Homemade Fair Ridge pasta with veggies -lots of veggies)

Boil the pasta; when almost done add any type of frozen veggies you have handy (corn ,green beans, peas in my case)

When all is cooked, drain, add favorite sauce/cheese/spices (dry oregano and basil ; fresh mozzarella cubed; chopped dates, few golden raising, organic tomato sauce from a jar).
