PERMANENTLY STOP DELIVERY
What if my payment fails?
If your payment fails the system will immediately email instruction to update it.
In the interest of keeping happy customers we will still deliver your box without receiving the payment.
But we will not deliver future deliveries until the payment method is corrected.
To avoid the majority of failed payments, our card processor automatically updates most expired cards.
What if its past the order cut-off time and I realize I can’t pick up my box?
Send someone else to pick it up for you.
Boxes must not be left unaccounted for at the drop sites, it will compromise the drop sites and attract critters.
If you forget to pick up your box then try to pick it up the next day.
If you repeatedly do not pick up your box then the option becomes Home Delivery.
What other responsibility do I have?
